RETURNS

At Sol y Sirenas, we accept returns only — we do not offer exchanges.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your package to send the item back to us.
The return must be in its original condition, with tags attached and no signs of use.
Returns of dirty or visibly used items will result in a reduced refund amount, reflecting the cost incurred by the store to restore the item to a resalable condition.

Please make sure to include a return form with your package (handwritten is fine).

CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS

If your product arrived damaged or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receiving your package.

We will process your complaint within 14 business days.
If the complaint is approved, we will offer a repair or replacement with a new product. If rejected, you will receive a message with an explanation.
